Websites for wellness practitioners and coaches

A website where a client understands how you work, books a session in their own time zone, pays when they book, and gets the video link without a single email back and forth.

The short answer

Storvexa builds websites for coaches, therapists, yoga teachers and other wellness practitioners: a WordPress site from $799 in 15 days, or a custom-coded site from $1,999 in about 4 weeks. Each one explains what you offer and who it is for, and leads to booking. For practitioners who sell sessions to clients abroad, or for a group of practitioners on one platform, we build the booking system itself. That is exactly what we built for The Hira Collective.

What the site has to do

What a practitioner website has to do

People book a coach or a therapist when they trust the person. Your site has to show who you are and how you work, then make booking the easiest step of all.

  1. 01

    You, clearly

A real photo, your training and approach in plain words, who you work best with and what a first session looks like. This is the page clients read twice.

  2. 02

    Sessions and packages with prices

Each session type with its length, its price and whether it is online or in person, and packages of sessions if you sell them.

  3. 03

Booking in the client's time zone

Clients abroad see your free times in their own time, and you see them in yours. The confirmation carries a calendar invite, so nobody turns up an hour early.

  1. 04

    Payment at booking

Taking payment when the session is booked, with your cancellation rules shown first, removes most no-shows and every awkward invoice.

  2. 05

    Online sessions without the admin

The video link goes into the confirmation email and the calendar invite by itself, so you never have to send it by hand.

  3. 06

    Room for more practitioners

If you run a studio or a collective, each practitioner gets a profile, their own calendar and their own panel, and you see everything from one admin.

What your site should show

Details practitioner websites are expected to get right

Checked against the official pages, for practitioners advertising in the UK.

  1. §1

    Claims about health need evidence

The CAP Code says objective claims must be backed by evidence, where relevant trials on people, and that marketers must not discourage essential treatment for conditions that need medical supervision. You'll want your pages to describe how you work, not promise to treat or cure.

  2. §2

Health details are special category data

Under UK GDPR, data concerning health is special category data. Intake questions about health or history need a clear purpose, consent wording and secure handling, so we keep them out of ordinary contact forms.

What we build

From a practitioner site to a booking platform

One practitioner with a booking tool they like needs a website that sends people to it. A practice, a studio or a marketplace of practitioners needs its own booking system, scoped as a web app.

  • WordPress Our default

A Basic Website: up to five pages on a premium WordPress theme, with your story, sessions and prices, click-to-call and a booking button that opens your booking tool.

  • Custom-coded in Astro, Next.js or React When speed and a unique design matter

A Business Website: up to eight custom-coded pages that load in about a second, with booking or enquiry forms, full on-page SEO and your Google Business Profile set up.

  • A web app When the site runs part of the business

A booking platform of your own: practitioners with their own calendars and time zones, Stripe payment at booking, confirmation emails with calendar invites and video links, and a super admin to run it all. This is The Hira Collective.

The Hira Collective is a wellness marketplace on Laravel: clients book practitioners, practitioners run their own panel, and a super admin runs the platform. Cali Taxes & Notary shows the other side: a small practice site, hand-coded in Astro, built for booking requests from a phone.
