Websites for personal trainers, studios and gyms

A fitness website that shows who you train and how, puts prices and class times in plain sight, and lets a new client book a first session without sending you a message.

The short answer

Storvexa builds websites for personal trainers, fitness studios and gyms: a WordPress site from $799 in 15 days, or a custom-coded site from $1,999 in about 4 weeks. Each one has your programmes and prices, class times, your trainers, real results you can show, and a booking button in reach on every screen. If you want booking and payment of your own, we build it as a web app, the way we built The Hira Collective.

Every price is agreed in writing before work starts. Your domain and hosting are bought in your name, so they are yours from day one.

What the site has to do

What a fitness website has to do

Most people decide to start training on a Sunday night. Your site has to answer their questions then, and let them book before the motivation fades.

  1. 01

    Who you train, and how

Weight loss, strength, rehab after injury, older adults, athletes: say who you work best with and what a first month with you looks like.

  2. 02

    Prices without a phone call

One-to-one sessions, packages, memberships and classes, each with a price or a "from" price. People who have to ask often do not.

  3. 03

Class times that are always current

A timetable that is easy for you to change and easy to read on a phone, with a book button next to each class.

  1. 04

    Booking and payment online

A first session, a class or a package booked and paid for online, with your cancellation rules shown before payment, through your booking tool or a system we build.

  2. 05

    Your trainers

A photo of each trainer, their qualifications and specialities, and a link to book them.

  3. 06

    Found by people nearby

Your address, opening hours and a map, the same as on your Google Business Profile, and a page per main service in the words people search with.

What your site should show

Details fitness websites are expected to get right

Checked against the official pages, for trainers and gyms advertising in the UK.

  1. §1

    Weight-loss claims have limits

The CAP Code says weight-loss claims must be backed by rigorous trials on people, that losing more than 2 lbs a week is unlikely to fit good medical practice for most people, and that weight-control ads must not be aimed at under-18s. Before-and-after stories need the same care.

  2. §2

Show the full price of a membership

The CMA's price transparency guidance covers what to include in the price you show, mandatory fees and charges included, and fees added as the customer goes through checkout. A joining fee everyone pays belongs in the price people see first.

What we build

The right build for your business

A trainer with a booking app they like needs a site that sends people to it. A studio that wants its own memberships and class booking needs a web app.

  • WordPress Our default

A Basic Website: up to five pages on a premium WordPress theme, with programmes, prices, class times, click-to-call and booking buttons that open your booking tool.

  • Custom-coded in Astro, Next.js or React When speed and a unique design matter

A Business Website: up to eight custom-coded pages that load in about a second, with booking or enquiry forms, full on-page SEO and your Google Business Profile set up.

  • A web app When the site runs part of the business

Booking of your own: trainers with their own calendars, classes with places, packages and memberships paid by Stripe, confirmation and reminder emails, and an admin panel. Scoped on a free call, built with a demo every week.

Real work, live today

Booking we have built, live today

Two live builds with the parts a fitness site needs most: people with their own availability, booked and paid for online, and a fast phone-first site that turns a visit into a booking request.

Clients search by need or modality, pick a time and pay by Stripe when they book, then get a confirmation email with a calendar invite. Each practitioner runs their own panel and their own availability.

Questions trainers and gyms ask

Ask us anything else

Our Basic Website (WordPress) and Business Website (custom-coded) have fixed starting prices, shown on this page in your currency. Booking and memberships of your own are a web app billed by the hour or monthly, with a written scope first.

Usually, yes. Most fitness booking apps offer a booking page or widget, and we put it next to every class and session. We check what your app allows on the first call.

In a booking system we build, yes, through Stripe. With a booking app, payment works if the app supports it.

Not yet. Our closest live work is The Hira Collective, a wellness booking platform where clients book and pay for a practitioner online, each with their own calendar.

Yes. On WordPress the timetable is set up for you to edit once the final payment clears, and in a booking system we build, classes are managed in the admin panel.

Yes. The domain and hosting are in your name. After the final payment you have full admin access (WordPress) or the full source code on your own Git account (custom-coded and web apps).
