The brief
What the business needed
Someone with termites or cockroaches wants two things: to know the company handles their problem, and a way to ask for a visit right now. The site had to answer both on the first screen of a phone.
The company also works for businesses and industry, and its pipeline termite treatment takes a page of its own to explain — so the site needed room for proper service pages and articles, kept in WordPress where the team can edit them.
How their customers use it
- 01 They ask for a free estimate from the home page: name, mobile number, email, city, the service from a list of eight, and a message.
- 02 They call with one tap from "Call Us For Help" in the header or the "Need Immediate Assistance?" block.
- 03 They start a WhatsApp chat from the button that stays in the corner of every page.
- 04 They read a guide to recognise what they have — signs of termites, bed bugs, cockroaches or mosquitoes — before they ask for a treatment.
What we built
The build, point by point
- A WordPress site built with Elementor, so the team edits pages and publishes posts in the WordPress dashboard.
- A services page covering residential, commercial and industrial work and each treatment, plus a page that walks through termite treatment with the pipeline system step by step.

- A blog of pest-control guides, and an SEO plugin that sets each page's title and description for search.
