General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Platform: Storvexa.com and related mobile/web applications.

We/Us/Our: Storvexa Technologies, owner and operator of the platform.

You/User: Any person or company using our services.

Services: Company registration tools, store management, document generation, and other related features provided on the platform.

2. Agreement

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules we post.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at: https://storvexa.com/term-conditions.

3. Account Registration

• Accurate Details: You must provide correct and updated information including name, email, company details, and password.
• Security: Keep your login details safe. Any activity under your account will be treated as done by you.
• Ownership: Your account is personal and cannot be sold, shared, or transferred without our permission.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Trial: 15 days free trial for new users.
• Subscription Fees: ₹450/month (plus GST).
• Payment: Pay monthly or yearly using our accepted payment methods.
• Missed Payment: If payment fails, your account may be paused until payment is cleared.

5. Branding and Display Settings

You can upload your company name and logo for use on documents, email templates, and the website interface.

• showMetaLogo: Show logo in browser tab and navigation bar.
• showCompanyName: Show company name in browser tab.
• If both are enabled, the logo will show first.

Note: These settings are for display purposes only and do not give you rights over the Storvexa brand and our Application.

6. Duration and Renewal

• Your subscription continues until cancelled by you or us.
• Plans renew automatically unless you cancel from your account settings.
• One month’s notice is needed for cancellation.

7. Use of Services

• Do not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content.
• Do not share your login with others.
• Any misuse may result in account suspension.
• Report any service issues within 5 business days.

8. Data and Privacy

• You own the content you create on our platform.
• We act as a data processor and follow the Indian IT Act 2000 and other data protection laws.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
• You are responsible for keeping copies of your data even after account closure.

9. Fair Use

To ensure the best service for all users, we follow a Fair Use Policy:

• Creating more than 40,000 documents or products may lead to usage limits.
• We may suggest an upgrade or limit heavy usage after discussion.
• Abuse of system resources can result in account restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property

• Storvexa owns all rights to the platform design, code, and features.
• You cannot copy, sell, or reverse-engineer our software.
• Violation may lead to account closure and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for losses or damages from using or not being able to use the platform.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free access.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.

12. Support

• Support is available via email or our ticketing system.
• Any guidance we provide is for help only and not legally binding.

13. Maintenance and Downtime

• We may do maintenance with or without prior notice.
• Temporary downtime does not mean compensation.
• We aim for 99.9% uptime.

14. Termination

We may close your account without notice if you:

• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Violate these terms.
• Fail to make payments.

Note: Termination may result in immediate suspension and deletion of data.

15. Governing Law

• These terms follow the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Delhi.
